Application
Spiral classifier are wildly used in beneficiation factory to be matched with ball mill forming a closed cycle ,and then shunt mineral sand.It's also used to classify the ore and fine slurry in gravity-separation,as well as the granularity grading in the ore pulp ,desliming and dehydration .This machine is one of the most wildly used hierarchical-mechanical equipment .
Working principal Because different granularities have different specific gravity and sedimentation rates in liquid, this spiral classifier allows the fine ore to flow in the water, while coarse ore sinks to the bottom.
This Spiral classifier can filter materials and send coarse materials to the feeding mouth and discharge fine materials from the pipe. The seat of the machine features channel steel material, while the body is armor plated and the spiral axle is made of cast iron for durability. This Spiral classifier lifting equipment can be used manually or electronically.
Maintainance method
Engine oil in the reduction box should be replaced completely within a week loadedprocess,then you can replace once 6 monthes,but you should check it every time and add in time.The lubricant oil of big shaft bearing parts should be cleaned and replaced every year .
